OLD EL PASO wanted to take a British butcher and fishmonger to Mexico to help us discover the inspirations behind some of the recipes in their new Restaurante range. Over an incredible shoot that took in vibrant markets, spectacular fiestas and a Mexican food expert in the form of a ninety-three-year-old Grandmother, we travelled from rural Puebla state in the south, to the Baja California coast in the north sampling delicious local cuisine as we went.
